This training is for ILCA7 National Development (U23s) Group the aim of which is to provide additional support for ILCA7 sailors aiming primarily for the U21 Euros and Worlds each year and provide a bridge between ILCA6 and ILCA7 British Sailing Squad. There will be 5 sessions run by Ali Young to take place on Tuesday evenings at 18:00 hrs before training weekends to support your development and help you maximise your learning outside of training weekends.
